#### Q: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
**A:** Click **Forgot password?** on the password entry page, enter the email your account is registered with, and click **Send Email**. Look in your inbox for the system-generated email and follow the prompts. Your username will always be your corporate email. If you believe this email is not correct, submit a request.

#### How Tos

**Join my company's account or add a user to my account**

1. An existing user in your company's account will be required to [submit a request via the Support Center](https://support.levelten.energy/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=23613166992663) in order to add you to the account.
2. If you are unable to communicate with an existing user of your company's account, select **Platform Access** under the [**Submit a Request**](/content/forms/levelten-login-support#submit-a-request/index.html) **form** on this page:
   1. Select **I cannot communicate with an existing user of my company's account** from the **How can we help?** dropdown.
   2. Identify the **name of the company** you are associated with.
   3. State your **affiliation** with the indicated company.
   4. Detail the **reason you are unable to connect with an existing user** in the message and click **submit**.

**Request an account for my company**

1. Verify internally that your company does not have an account on the LevelTen Platform. You may be able to verify existing vendor relationships with your IT/Security team or your Finance team.
2. Under the [**Submit a Request form**](/content/forms/levelten-login-support#submit-a-request/index.html) on this page, select **Platform Access**.
3. Select **Create a Platform Account** from the **How can we help?** dropdown.
4. Complete the form and click **submit**. Our team will respond with an introduction and next steps.

**Report a Security Issue**

1. Prepare as much detail as possible, including screenshots and recordings if applicable.
2. Email us at [support@leveltenenergy.com](mailto:support@leveltenenergy.com) to report the issue.
